My account got mass reportet and wrongly banned and one their supporter wants 150€ from me via Giftcards, as proof. Valid or Scam? ?
The problem occurred last week. I got mass-reported by a random person and got temporarily banned, with the condition of a permanent ban if I don't provide some type of evidence to the supporter via Discord. I added him, told him my problem, and showed him my ticket. After that, I gave him some data to verify myself, like my name and purchase history. After that, we were on a call for half an hour, where we talked about how to get it unbanned. He said I need to give about 150$ as proof for their system and showed me a step by step totorial on ways to give him the money. After that I pretty much ghosted him. Is what he is saying valid or is it a scam?
